What is Exsposed Aggregate?
Exposed-aggregate surface’s is a process by placing concrete and then removing the outer ‘skin’ of cement paste to uncover decorative coarse aggregate. Because of its long lasting durability and skid resistance, an exposed aggregate finish is ideal for:

The Process
STAGE 1
We lay down our foundation and place a steel mesh frame before we pour our mix.
STAGE 2
The concrete it the smoothed out and left to set for a short period before we start stage 3.
STAGE 3
At stage 3 wash off the outer skin of the concrete exposing the decorative aggregate.
FINAL STAGE
The final stage leaves you with a beautiful decorative exposed aggregate finish which is then left to dry and cure.
